Website notice
Privacy notice
Effective September 20, 2026.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form may collect your name, email address, phone number, town, interests, and message. Please do not submit financial, medical, government-identification, or other highly sensitive information.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, coordinate volunteers and signs, share campaign updates you request, and operate and protect the website. Submitting the form does not enroll you in automated text messages.
Service providers and disclosure
Submissions are processed through Google Forms and delivered privately to the website administrator for campaign-related handling. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages and loads fonts supplied by Google. Those providers may process technical information, such as an IP address and browser information, under their own privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or the campaign. The campaign does not sell contact-form information.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for campaign operations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when practical. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask not to receive further campaign email. Send the request through the contact form and select “Share a message.”
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and the campaign does not knowingly collect their personal information through the form.
Updates
This notice may change as the website or campaign practices change. A revised effective date will be posted here.
